What questions or thoughts do you have about making career transitions?
My friend Jay left his product management role 2 years ago to go full-time freelance and has just about fully replaced his salary. I had him on my podcast to ask him about that since that leap. Going freelance isn't easy, but his approach made it seem at least pretty natural in progress.
